Private SRO Online Trading Rules

Hi Elites,
This section is for SRO related trading topics, including buying, selling, or trading items, accounts, silk, gold, services, and similar in-game assets.
To keep the marketplace organized and safer for everyone, please read and follow the rules below before creating a thread.

Before Posting

• Make sure your thread is related to SRO trading.
• Use a clear and honest title.
• Choose the correct trading tag such as WTS, WTB, or WTT.
• Include the server name clearly in your thread title or thread content.
• Provide accurate information about the item, account, silk, gold, or service being traded.
• Do not post misleading prices, fake screenshots, fake stock, or false ownership claims.

Trading Tags

Please use the correct tag for your thread:

• WTS means Want To Sell. Use this tag if you are selling an item, account, silk, gold, or service.
• WTB means Want To Buy. Use this tag if you are looking to buy something.
• WTT means Want To Trade. Use this tag if you want to trade one item, account, or asset for another.

Example thread titles:

• (WTS) BSRO - 1000 Silk for $5
• (WTB) ASRO- Full STR Bow Account
• (WTT) CSRO Online - +9 Sword for Spear Items

Section Rules

1. Trading Threads Only
   
   This section is only for SRO trading topics.
   General discussion, server advertisements, service provider advertisements, drama, accusations, or unrelated posts may be moved or removed.
   
   
2. One Thread Per Item, Account, or Offer
   
   You may create separate threads for different items, accounts, or offers.
   However, creating multiple threads for the same item, same account, or same offer is not allowed. Duplicate threads may be merged, locked, or removed.
   
   
3. Server Name Required
   
   Each thread must clearly include the server name.
   Examples: ASilkroad, BSRO, CSRO Online, or any other relevant server name.
   
   
4. Screenshots or Proof Required
   
   Selling or trading threads should include at least one screenshot or proof of the item, account, silk, gold, or asset being offered.
   Screenshots should be clear and relevant. Fake, edited, stolen, or misleading screenshots are not allowed.
   
   
5. Accurate Information Required
   
   Your thread must contain truthful and accurate information.
   Do not lie about ownership, price, quantity, server, account status, item stats, character details, payment terms, or delivery conditions.
   
   
6. No Misleading or Unsafe Links
   
   URL shorteners, masked links, forced redirects, phishing links, or suspicious payment/download links are not allowed.
   All links must be clear, direct, and relevant to the trade.
   
   
7. Bumping Rules
   • You may bump your own thread only once every 24 hours.
   • Use the official "Bump Thread" button if available.
   • Fake replies, alternate accounts, coordinated bumps, or meaningless replies to push a thread are not allowed.
   • Do not push another user’s thread artificially.
8. Respect Other Traders
   
   Do not insult, harass, provoke, defame, or pressure other buyers or sellers.
   Price negotiation is allowed. Toxic behavior, thread hijacking, and public drama are not.
   
   
9. No Unverified Scam Accusations
   
   Do not accuse another user of scamming without clear evidence.
   If you believe someone is scamming, use the "Report" button and include proof such as screenshots, payment records, chat logs, profile links, and transaction details.
   
   
10. No Illegal or Harmful Trading
    
    Trades involving stolen accounts, hacked accounts, phishing, carding, fraud, malware, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized access are strictly forbidden.
    Threads related to suspicious or harmful activity may be removed immediately.

Middleman and Transaction Safety

• Elite Community strongly recommends using an approved middleman service for higher-risk trades.
• If an official middleman system or approved middleman is available, users are encouraged to use it before sending payment or account details.
• Elite Community is not responsible for trades, payments, refunds, chargebacks, account recovery, item delivery, or disputes made outside an approved middleman process.
• If you choose to trade without using an approved middleman, you accept the risk and responsibility for that transaction.
• Staff may be limited in how much they can help if there is no clear evidence or if the transaction happened outside Elite Community systems.

Trading Responsibility and Risk Notice

• Elite Community provides a platform for users to communicate and create trading threads.
• Elite Community does not own, verify, guarantee, or control the items, accounts, silk, gold, services, or assets offered by users.
• All trades, payments, agreements, refunds, delivery terms, and disputes are the responsibility of the users involved.
• Buyers should verify sellers carefully before making payment.
• Sellers should keep proof of delivery and communication.
• Users are responsible for checking server rules, game rules, and risks before buying, selling, or trading.
• Elite Community may remove trading threads that appear fraudulent, misleading, unsafe, illegal, or harmful to the community.

Reporting Issues

If you believe a user has violated the trading rules, please use the "Report" button.

Useful reports may include:

• A short explanation of the issue
• Thread or profile links
• Screenshots of conversations
• Payment proof
• Delivery proof
• Transaction details
• Any other evidence that helps staff review the situation

Reports without evidence may be difficult to review.

Depending on the situation, staff may edit, move, lock, merge, or remove content. Users may also receive a reminder, warning, infraction, temporary restriction, or ban.

Moderator Discretion

Moderators may review each case based on context, intent, severity, evidence, and user history.

Not every case will be treated the same way. Staff decisions are made to keep the trading section organized, fair, and safer for the community.
