1. Severe Violations
The following actions may result in an immediate permanent ban and, where necessary, a report to the appropriate authorities:
- Hate speech or discrimination, including racism, sexism, homophobia, religious hate, or similar abuse
- Threats, harassment, stalking, blackmail, or exposing personal data
- Sharing or requesting illegal software, stolen accounts, paid software cracks, warez, or malware
- Promoting terrorism, extremist content, or glorifying real-world violence
- Fraud, phishing, DDoS attacks, botnets, carding, or similar cyber abuse
- Unauthorized access to systems, accounts, servers, private data, or restricted services
- Spreading viruses, trojans, keyloggers, spyware, ransomware, or other malicious software
- Serious abuse, threats, or targeted harassment toward staff or community members
- Mass spam through threads, posts, private messages, or profile content
2. Serious Violations
The following actions may result in a warning, temporary ban, or further restrictions depending on severity and repetition:
- Spamming, flooding threads, or repeatedly posting the same content
- Trolling, baiting, or intentionally provoking arguments
- Direct insults, mockery, or hostile behavior toward other users
- Requesting illegal tools, stolen files, cracks, keygens, or unauthorized access methods
- Posting pornographic, sexually explicit, or highly inappropriate material
- Pretending to be staff, using fake ranks, fake titles, or misleading authority claims
- Unapproved advertising of competing forums, communities, or commercial platforms
3. Moderate Violations
The following actions may result in a warning, content removal, or temporary restrictions:
- Obscene, graphic, or disturbing content that does not fit the forum section
- Unapproved advertising, self-promotion, or promotional spam
- Humiliating, provoking, or repeatedly targeting other members
- Referral links, unless shared privately upon request or allowed by section rules
- Promoting external websites without proper context or permission
- Social media promotion outside approved sections or without staff permission
- Discord server promotion outside approved threads or sections
- Commercial exchanges outside the designated Marketplace section
- Abusing the report system with false, misleading, or malicious reports
4. Minor Violations
The following actions may result in a warning, reminder, or content edit:
- Off-topic posts unrelated to the forum section
- Double posting within short time intervals
- Misleading, all-caps, emoji-heavy, or clickbait thread titles
- Avatars, usernames, or signatures that imitate staff badges or official labels
- Unnecessary bumping of old threads
- Harsh, provocative, or disrespectful tone toward other users
- Using URLs, advertisements, or misleading branding in usernames or thread titles
Signature and Profile Rules
- Signatures must be clean, readable, and not disruptive
- Advertisement links are allowed only in permitted areas
- Signatures, avatars, and profiles may not contain profanity, illegal content, hate speech, or political propaganda
- Users may not impersonate staff, partners, official projects, or other members through profile styling
Disciplinary Actions

Note: Staff may consider context, intent, history, and contribution to the community when deciding penalties. Repeat offenders may receive stricter penalties. Warnings and penalties are not the same. Final decisions are made at the discretion of the administration.
Administrative Authority
- Moderators may edit, move, hide, or remove content when necessary
- Forum administration reserves the right to make the final decision in disputes
- Forum rules may be updated when needed, and members are expected to stay informed
- Forum administration is not directly responsible for user-generated content, but may intervene when content violates rules, safety standards, or applicable law

- Forum staff may remove harmful, illegal, abusive, or rule-breaking content without prior notice
- User IP addresses, login records, and content history may be reviewed for security, moderation, abuse prevention, or legal compliance
- Relevant records may be shared with competent authorities when required by applicable law or a valid legal request
