[Update] EU Servers Connection Issue Resolved & Compensation DetailsHey everyone,
Just a quick update regarding the connection issues that hit the European servers (Thanatos, Brontes, Hebe, Pontus) last night (Feb 23rd after 23:00) due to an unexpected fault at the EU IDC center. The recovery work is officially complete, and all services are back to normal.
To make up for the downtime, compensation rewards are being rolled out exclusively for the affected EU servers (Thanatos, Brontes, Hebe, Pontus).
Compensation Details:1.
200% EXP Event: Active from February 28th (00:00) until March 1st (23:59).2.
Item Extensions: Users who had the following items active during the disruption will receive extension tickets via in-game Mail:- Premium Gold Time PLUS -> 3-Day Ticket
- Devil's Spirit / Angel's Spirit -> 3-Day Ticket
- Ability PET -> 1-Day Ticket
Note: The reward tickets will be distributed starting tomorrow morning, Feb 25th.
