STREAMER PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
Participation Terms:
♦ Placement of a personalized referral link on the participant's Twitch and YouTube channels ("Platform");
♦ Adherence to the game's rules and the Platform's rules;
♦ No advertisements for private servers, gold sellers, bots, or similar services on the participant's channels;
♦ No engagement in "boosting" (fraud) on the channel, including promoting the participant's channel/video on pirate servers, gold seller resources, or using third-party tools/services/platforms;
♦ Respectful behavior towards others in the game, on official platforms, and on the participant's channels.
*Please note that the purpose of the Program, including the provision of a referral link, is to support our active players who love sharing their experiences, strategies, or other knowledge about the game. The provision of the link and participation in the Program does not imply the creation of advertising content. Content may be considered advertising if it is intended to attract attention to a specific item (game) and promote the game in the market. If you wish to create original advertising content for us, you can contact the Program curator or community manager to discuss possibilities/ideas/conditions.
Important: If you publish content that includes advertising elements (see Section 1, Article 3 of the Federal Law of 13.03.2006 N 38-FZ "On Advertising") without prior agreement with Innova (i.e., without receiving approval from Innova, without informing Innova about the creation/publication of this content), you assume all obligations to comply with the requirements of the Law "On Advertising," including labeling (Article 18.1 of the said law). Penalties are provided for advertising without labeling.

***Season Rating determines the participant's rank based on their performance and contributions.
****Promo codes can be distributed to the audience as giveaways or incentives.
- The factor for determining (achieving/retaining) rank is the average channel views on Twitch/YouTube over the last 30 days (with no content restrictions except those specified in the Program) and referral link placement requirements: 200 for Rank S, 1000 for Rank B, 2500 for Rank A, and 5000 for Rank S.
- Monthly, no later than 4 days after the publication of the special form in the closed channel of Program participants, you submit information about your achievements (channel views on Twitch/YouTube). Absence of boosting (fraud) is determined using sites like Social Blade, TwitchTracker, and/or similar statistics and analytics services. Innova determines the presence of Program violations at its discretion.
- Over the last 30 days. Excluding duplicate registrations (twinks). A new user is defined as someone who enters the game for the first time; a returning user is someone who hasn't logged into the game for more than 90 days.
- The season rating metric may be determined by the Silkroad Online team depending on circumstances and events in the game. Rewards for each referred or returning user may change depending on the rating at the time (according to the criteria mentioned above).
- Innova reserves the right to change the number and composition of promo codes provided.
- Fogame bonuses are credited based on the results of the previous month within 10 working days, with the final bonus amount determined at Innova's discretion.
- Legend Points are unique points awarded by the Silkroad Online team based on the results of the previous month (within 10 working days). Participants may inquire about their current Legend Points balance from the Program curator/community manager at any time. Legend Points can be exchanged for rewards (see below).

♦ If there is content that Innova deems unlawful, infringing on third-party rights, not complying with the Program terms (including publishing advertising content without Innova's approval), or inappropriate, Innova reserves the right to take measures, including, among other things, issuing a warning to the participant or excluding them from the Program.
♦ Innova reserves the right to additionally reward participants who simultaneously develop channels on two or more platforms. The size of the reward remains at Innova's discretion and depends on the level of development of the participant's channels.
Communication
All communication with participants occurs in the Discord channel of the official Silkroad Online server.
Program Termination
Exclusion from the Program occurs in case of violation of the terms and/or non-compliance with Program requirements and/or at the discretion of the Silkroad Online team.
Participation in the Program implies compliance with the loyalty conditions of the Fogame Service.
How to Participate in the Program
♦ If you are 18 years old or older, you can fill out an application to join the Program through the form;*
♦ If your participation is approved by the Program curator, you will receive an offer containing the full terms of participation in the Program;
♦ After confirming acceptance of the offer terms, you become a participant in the Program.
*Applications are processed within 7 days from the first day of the calendar month (i.e., once a month). In case of a decision to cooperate, the Program curator will contact you on Discord.
Program Duration
Innova may revise the procedure and conditions for accrual and redemption of the above-mentioned rewards at any time, and/or suspend the Program's operation or cancel it entirely, introduce any prohibitions and restrictions on the use of rewards on the Fogame Service. In such a case, Innova will supplement/amend this Program, and such Program will be valid and come into force from the date of its publication, without additional notifications. Users are responsible for tracking and familiarizing themselves with all changes to this document.
