Service Provider Section Rules

Hello Elites,

This section is for community members who offer services related to games, communities, design, development, moderation, marketing, server setup, technical support, and similar areas.

Service providers may create threads to introduce their services, share portfolios, explain pricing or contact methods, and communicate with potential clients.

Before Posting

  • Make sure your thread clearly explains the service you provide.
  • Use a clear and honest title.
  • Include relevant details such as service scope, examples, portfolio, contact method, delivery terms, or estimated time if applicable.
  • Do not make fake claims, fake reviews, fake experience statements, or misleading promises.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish.

Section Rules

  1. One Thread Per Service Provider

Each service provider may have one main service thread unless staff allows otherwise.
Duplicate or spam-like service threads may be merged, locked, or removed.

  2. Clear Service Description

Your thread should clearly explain what you offer.
Examples include design services, development services, server setup, Discord services, community management, video editing, graphic design, web development, technical support, and similar services.

  3. No Misleading Claims

Do not use fake portfolios, fake client reviews, fake screenshots, fake experience claims, or misleading guarantees.
If staff requests proof for a claim, you may be asked to provide it.

  4. No Stolen Work

Do not use another person’s designs, screenshots, code, portfolio, branding, or service description as your own.
If you use third-party material, you must have permission or proper rights to use it.

  5. No Shortened or Misleading Links

URL shorteners, masked links, forced redirects, or misleading links are not allowed.
All contact, portfolio, website, Discord, payment, and social media links must be clear and directly accessible.

  6. Bumping Rules
    • You may bump your own thread only once every 24 hours.
    • Use the official "Bump Thread" button if available.
    • Fake replies, alternate accounts, coordinated bumps, or meaningless replies to push a thread are not allowed.
  7. Respect Other Service Providers

Do not attack, insult, defame, or provoke other providers.
Competition is allowed. Toxic behavior, price-shaming, harassment, or drama is not.

  8. No Unverified Accusations

Do not post scam accusations, fraud claims, or negative allegations without clear evidence.
If you have a serious issue with a provider, use the "Report" button and provide proof.

  9. No Illegal or Harmful Services

Services involving malware, phishing, credential theft, DDoS, stolen accounts, unauthorized access, carding, fraud, or illegal activity are strictly forbidden.
Threads offering suspicious or harmful services may be removed immediately.

Payments, Deals, and Responsibility
  • Elite Community provides a platform for service providers and clients to communicate.
  • Elite Community does not guarantee the quality, delivery, pricing, safety, or legitimacy of any service offered by users.
  • All payments, agreements, refunds, deadlines, revisions, and delivery terms are the responsibility of the users involved.
  • Clients should check portfolios, previous feedback, communication history, and proof of work before making payments.
  • Service providers are responsible for the services they offer, the claims they make, and the agreements they accept.
  • Elite Community may remove service threads that appear fraudulent, misleading, harmful, illegal, unsafe, or damaging to the community.

Reporting Issues

If you believe a service provider or client has violated the rules, please use the "Report" button.
Useful reports may include:

  • A short explanation of the issue
  • Relevant thread or profile links
  • Screenshots of conversations
  • Payment proof, delivery proof, or agreement details if applicable
  • Any other evidence that helps staff review the situation

Depending on the situation, staff may edit, move, lock, merge, or remove content. Users may also receive a reminder, warning, infraction, temporary restriction, or ban.

Moderator Discretion

Moderators may review each case based on context, intent, severity, and user history.

Not every case will be treated the same way. Staff decisions are made to keep the section fair, clean, and safe for the community.
